Louisa Dent Pearce is a Melbourne-based writer with a penchant for writing old-fashioned gamebooks with multi-plot narratives filled with puzzles and magic. Her children's book The Forgotten Spell was published by Icon Books in the UK and Australia in 2006, and can still be found in bargain boxes outside bookstores, or on Amazon. Four years on, in a Tolkien-esque fashion, she is still completing the Spellcaster Trilogy, and much appreciates the occasional fan-mail that encourages her to keep going...
